Concerts are back in full force, and so are the legends. In the classic rock department, everyone from Bruce Springsteen, Aerosmith, and The Eagles are touring in 2022 and 2023, reminding fans of why they’re cemented in music history. For some of the attendees at these concerts, this may be the second, third, or fourth time they have seen these artists, while it may be the first time for others. Either way, here are a few tips on how to survive upcoming concerts by Bruce Springsteen, The Eagles, and Aerosmith.
Bruce Springsteen
Back in July 2022, Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band announced that they would be going on an international tour in April 2023. The tour will start in Barcelona, Spain, before moving to Ireland, France, The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, and Austria, before ending in Monza, Italy. Even though Springsteen is now 72 years old, he hasn’t lost his spark and is still considered one of the greatest live performers to grace the stage. The musician is famously known for playing long concerts, and in 2012, The Boss completed his longest show ever in Finland with a running time of four hours, six minutes.
Because of this, concert-goers will want to make sure they have enough battery in their phones in case this happens at their concert so they can record as much of it as they want. One way to do this is to pack a tech survival bag for the concert, which can double as an emergency kit in case of a future crisis. Some of the products you can include in this bag are portable power banks, which will allow you to charge your phone in the middle of the concert if your battery is decreasing and Springsteen hasn’t even played his encore yet. You could also pack a secondary mobile phone that you can dedicate to filming so when the concert is over, you can use your primary phone with no problem to call your family or a taxi.
The Eagles
The Eagles are back on the road performing their famous Hotel California album. The remaining concerts are bound to be packed with people, which is why attendees should consider bringing a pair of binoculars with them. After all, there’s no telling how much longer Don Henley, Joe Walsh, and Timothy B. Schmidt will be able to perform, and you want to make sure you’re capturing every single moment. With binoculars, you can scan the whole stage even from far away, making sure you’re witnessing the surviving members of the band do their jobs best.

Aerosmith
Like Springsteen, Steven Tyler and Aerosmith are still incredible performers, and the band’s 2023 tour is bound to be as exciting as when the band first started touring in March 1975. Considering Aerosmith is one of the most head-banging-worthy rock bands ever, we suggest making sure you have plenty of water with you. The last thing you want to do is tire yourself out during songs like Sweet Emotion and have to leave the concert to get some air. Stay hydrated throughout the show, so you never miss a moment.
Classic rock is making a comeback in the live concert scene, and because a lot of these performers may be on one of their last tours before retiring from touring, you want to make sure you’re making the most out of the experience. To do this, we suggest packing a concert survival bag with you that includes portable chargers, binoculars, and plenty of water bottles.
