  1. I was the bass player for a few months with these clowns (I met them in the Bahamas while I was on a 3month gig in 1969) Chas Hodges and Harvey Hinsley introduced me as I recall…I’m still playing in The USA full time (Denver Colorado) .They called me Okie (slang for a dimwit from Oklahoma) but I didn’t say anything, i needed to eat.I was the brunt of many a joke from Wendels especially , a brutal asshole and a sad excuse for a human being.I was trying to make a life in London ,but got no help from these guys , we did go to Germany as I recall… but the neurons have faded with time .
